Grandparents will to their child and grandchildren
My grandparents died in 1995, they left the farm to my father but in the will it also states that when something happens to my dad that the grandchildren get it. For the past 3 yrs a woman(25 years younger than my dad) has been living with him. My dad has failing health and I do not think he has a will. Would this woman get the farm even tho my grandparents stated it is to come to me and my brother. They are not married as far as I know. This woman has caused many problems between me and my dad, we used to be very close. Thanks

The property will pass according to the will. Nothing happening after it has been probated will change its provisions.
