Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Kentucky

life estate

Wording in will states ''life estate to my daughter for so long as she lives there and is not married. It is my specific intent that my daughter shall have a life estate in this property for so long as she is living on the property and not married. In the event she no longer resides on the property or if and when she marries, property shall be owned by my four children''. Daughter with her mother's assistance bought another home and moved off property in 2002 and the original property has been rented since. Does life estate exist under these provisions.

Re: life estate

Probably no, but no one here can answer that without seeing the deed or assent to devise the executor had drawn to actually transfer title.
