im awaiting trail for felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile and a negligent injury charge wich this charge happen 5 yrs ago but state excepted it run with current charge what would be the best possiable outcome of this.

It will depend on the facts of the cases and your record. However, negligent injuring is usually a misdemeanor and is 6 months maximum. If it was 1st degree vehicular negligent injuring, it is up to 5 years. The carnal knowledge is up to 10 years. These charges allow the court to suspend all or some of the time and place the offender on probation.
