ill use names to help keep track. amy and dan were married, and then divorced but amy had sent nude pics to dans email and he kept them. His current girlfriend betty broke into his email and forwardd herself the naked pics of amy then from her email forwarded to someone else. is it legal for her to do this or can amy take some kind of action against betty

The pictures were a "gift" to "Dan". "Dan" could press criminal charges.
