Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

I have a 11 year Old son that he's being going to school in my care he's Mom admits she's on drugs (pain pills) she luces With her two Daughter farther she has a criminal r�cord for stealing writing bad checks child seatbelt tickets and fines her Phone is off every other month my son's electr�nics that i've bought him From pass xmas comes up missing. He's bike was stolen etc. I have been on my Job for 13 years i make 60k a year and has no r�cord and drug free and stable my question is would i have a chance in getting custody of my son .sorry for typos its not allow me to edit

The court makes all decisions in what is in the child's best interest. When you file for custody have a plan which will provide your child with a better life.
