Getting Dad Out
If the father of the children are picking them up when he feels like it and dropping them off at the grandmother's instead of keeping them himself what are my options?

Go back to court to have the visitation changed. However, before doing that, tell the dad he has to pick them up on the date and at the time in the visitation plan, otherwise you do not have to let them go. As to having the grandmother keep them, is it detrimental to them? Maybe you would not want them staying with their dad.
