Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

In September of last year I took my son's father to court seeking sole custody of our son. His father lives in INdiana and I live in Louisiana. I was granted custody, and he was granted Saturday phone visitations starting at 12, ending at 1pm at the latest. We also had a mutual injunction made against eachother, restraining us from "harassing each other in any fashion whatsoever" and also from him "removing the minor child from his residence, school, day care or baby sitter." Things were going ok and we seemed to be working everything out well. He did miss a few calls, and I just told him he needed to call the following week, to which he didn't argue. It wasn't until recently, that his attitude changed in a drastic way. My fiance' and I bought a house that we are in the process of renovating. I asked to reschedule a phone call, and that I would have my son call him- no problem. He said to make sure I had a room for him in the new house and that it "had a kid escape. I mean a fire escape. LOL." I didn't find it very ammusing. Then, he asked to reschedule yesterdays call, to which I said ok, but to call on Sunday after 6pm, no later than 7. he didn't call, but instead, sent me text messages upset that our son didn't call him. At first, I was just going to dismiss it as a miscommunication. Then he said "i have my eyes and ears to your street don't ever forget me again." I asked him not to threaten me, to which he replied, "I don't threaten, I speak the truth." he then called and proceeded to curse at me, so I hung up. Would his threat count as harassment, and if so, how do I go about enforcing the injunction? He lives in Indiana, and has 3 warrants for his arrest in Louisiana, and one in Indiana. Any advice you can offer me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

First, I reccomend recording your phone conversations with him. Please note that I am not (and will not) tell you to record your child's conversations. If something improper is said, keep that recording.

Judging by your zip code, your principal law enforcement agency is the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office. Contact them to report any violations. Making threatening phone calls is a crime. Violating a domestic violence restraining order is also a crime.
