Legal Question in Family Law in Louisiana

sole custody decission

my husband ex-wife was arrested on possesion of crack, paraphernalia, illegal use in the presence of a juvinile(my-step son). Since then we brought her to court where she agreed to give my husband sole custody. We agreed to supervised visitation and she is allowed to call him every wednesday afternoon. She is scheduled to go to court soon, however she is making up some bogus sentence & telling him that she is going to school and is bring us to see the judge and he is going back to live with her. She has lost her home, vehicle, child, living with a well known drug user, arrested after bailing out on fraud charges,in my eyes not getting her act together. These phone conversations are having an impact on my 6 year old. He is aware of what happened but is still too young to understand the consequence of his mothers actions. Can my husband put a stop to these phone calls being that is in the judgement. Also, he is now in a stable, loving home and enjoys being with his two younger sisters, even though he wants to be with his mom. She was previously domicile parent for the last 5 1/2 years. this is all new to him. (understandable). With all these circumstances is it possible for her to get domicle status.

Concerned step mom

Re: sole custody decission

Probably not. With the help of his lawyer your husband can communicate this information to the judge and possibly terminate the phone calls.
