Legal Question in Employment Law in Louisiana

I signed a written warning. Is there anything I can do about it.

Dear LawGuru Friend,

Of course, if what you signed was in

some way or for some reason incorrect,

you can offer to amend it with a correct

statement. Otherwise, I assume that

your employer "warned" you about something

and you simply signed an acknowledgement

that you had been so warned. If that be the

case, I do not see where you did anything

wrong. Your question states simply that

you "signed a written warning", but it does

not state whether you warned someone or

were warned by someone. If you would

like to offer me more facts to consider and

upon which I can give a more informed

opinion, feel free to do so and to e-mail

those facts to me at [email protected].

Wishing you the best of luck, I am

Sincerely,
