Legal Question in Employment Law in Louisiana

I submitted a letter due to harrassment, discrimination, favortism, etc... And asked questions about days why I was removed from work for a week, my pay that I missed for that week, and my problems with my supervisors, this letter was givin to the project manager 07May2010 and I called 2 weeks ago to see if my letter was acknowledged for discussion...still no response. I was told to come to baton rouge(73 miles) from new Orleans to have a meeting in reguards to my letter a week after it was submitted for 0900am, @0853 I received a call from the project manager saying we have to reschedule. Do I have a lawsuit or what am I supposed to do?
