Legal Question
do i need a lawyer, had a roll over on tanker trailer causing to spill diesel on the ground.no one else was involved.i plead guilty and will pay the fine but i have to appear at the jud. dist.on the 16th of nov. 2009 @ 9.00 am.i live about 600 miles away, and about to loose my job.
