Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Louisiana

About 3 months ago my husband and I were having a few problems and we had separated. My "big" boss was down here and my husband and I were in an argument that morning and my "big" boss asked if I was ok and I told him yes that my husband and I were just having some problems right now we were trying to work out. So I said all of that to say this. My husband and I have been back together now for about 2 months and I just found out we are pregnant with our 4th child. Well my immidate boss this morning called my big boss and told him and he wanted to talk to me about it. So, I got on the phone with him this morning and he said what is this news I hear about you and I said "O well I am pregnant" He said yea and I remember specifically when I hired you I asked you if you were planning on having any more kids and you told me no. And I told him well things happen you know me and my husband are excited about it. He said well as I recall you and him were having problems last time I was there so I guess yall had make up sex and got pregnant huh? I said well I guess so. He said well I dont know what to say I wasnt expecting this right now so I guess congratulations and I said I guess thank you. I found out that the company I work for doesnt have any type of leave benefits other then what the law allows because the "big" boss that hired me generally only hires women that already have kids that are grown and aren't planning to have anymore. Also, I have found out that he has said things like this to other women and they have filed lawsuits and he has won everytime. Let me not forget to mention the fact that he is the President of this small company. What am I supposed to do? Do I just suck it up and move on since I have no proof?
