Legal Question in Traffic Law in Louisiana
Can the citations issued a department / government agency be valid if that entity is found to not be authorized to issue camera traffic citations? A District Court Judge already ruled they didn't have authorization, which was confirmed by the LA Supreme Court.

Camera citations are allowed as long as they are reviewed for valid violations and provide a forum to contest.
