Power Attorney

What are the prerequists for someone to gain power of attorney? Is it possible to do when involved party doesn't sign rights?

Re: Power Attorney

Power of attorney is the appointing of a person to become an agent of the other. It is therefore impossible to get power of attorney without the person represented giving the power in a written affidavit.
