Worker's comp Settlement

I have been dealing with major pain in my head, neck,

and back, with numbness in my right side,(arm,hand, fingers,leg, foot, and toes. I have been dealing with this for almost 2 years, am I entitled to a settlement?

Assuming all your problems were definitely a result of your on-the-job accident, then you may be entitled to a settlement. However, comp settlements are notoriously low, and now with a 10 year max on the payment of weekly benefits, they are even lower. Have you been declared totally and permanently disabled?
