work place bullying/harrassment

I was wondering what the statutes of limitation would be on workplace bullying and harrassment? I have hospital documentation and took time off from work. Nothing was ever done because I didn't realize I could do anything at the time, but I realize now it was really bullying, alot of it. It affected my job, my health, and my family. I just am not sure what the statutes are. This happened between 1999 and 2002. Thank you.(I was working at a law firm believe it or not)

Did you lose your job due to this?

Was it based on race,sexn etc?
