Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Maryland

I went in for a magistrate hearing. Both parties came to a mutual agreement. However, the plantiff's attorney didn't provide his client with answers to interoggatories until 5 minutes before the hearing. The consent order has not been signed yet by anyone. Can the plantiff refuse to sign the consent order stating that the if she had the answers to interoggatories, she would have agreed to the terms or came to an agreement at all. IS her attorney liable or did he violate her rights in regards to discovery? Thank you

The answer to your question is "it depends." I would need to find out a few very important facts before I could give you an answer about the enforceability of your mutual agreement. For instance, was your mutual agreement in writing? Please feel free to contact me with additional facts and I will be happy to discuss your situation with you.

Best of luck.******The above is for informational purposes only and does not create an attorney-client privilege.******
