Legal Question in Business Law in Maryland

legal document

I have a corporation for an online internet business and would like to use the same corporation to start a new business venture.

I am planning to partner with a plastic surgeon in order to offer non-surgical services to existing salons/spas and want advise on how to prepare a proposal/document to the salons temporarily until an appt. is available by our attorney.

We also need to be clear on what percentages we are going to offer as well as include the private agreement between the physician and myself in a seperate document.

Included should be all the information needed such as medical license info, medical liability insurance, my corporation documents as well as the business arrangements.

Is this too complicated to do ourselves and then have reviewed by a local attorney?

We need to have this completed with the week and am unable to get appts. with our attorneys.

Not sure if this is business law or health care law or both.
