Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Maryland

written copy of judgment

There was a civil suit involving a contract breach.

We received after the trial no written copy of the judgment.

Our lawyer says: It is part of the transcript and very

expensive.

I know the transcript is expensive - but the judgment?

True or False?

If you obtained a Judgment, there must be at least a docket entry to that effect. Also, the clerk would send out a copy of the entry of judgment.
