Contractors vs. Home Owners
My contractor was to have put on a brand new rubber roof on my flat roof in the city. We paid him under the understanding that this had all been done. However, now that we are still having leaks, we have investigated to find out he never touched my roof!! What can I do? How can I get my roof taken care of at his cost and not mine?
