Hand written letter on sale of car. said pay totalof car $2500.00 buy date . If not she must forfit car back to me with me owing nothing back to her. Document singed and dated by her. can I go and take car back. She has the title so she could get tags for car

Yes. She did not meet the requirements under the contract, however, was title signed over to her?
