Wage Executions

I am told by a creditor that a wage execution will take 25% of my net pay. Do I have any remedies to modify this amount if a wage execution is secured.

You could file bankruptcy; otherwise, the amount is automatic.

The amount of wage garnishment is limited by law. Without specifics, no more can be said. Other alternatives exist such as an accord and satisfation. Consult an attorney.
