assault with a weapon

what if youve been charged with first and second assault, and the whole incident was an accident. and in your whole life of living you have never had any charges against you . my question is i dont wnt to go to jail because go people don't belong there. do you think there is hope for me when i go to court

I don't think hope is the proper thing to ask for. You should be asking a lawyer whether you can win the case, and if not, what's the best sentence you can get. Depending on where you go to court the answer could vary widely.
