Have you reported it to campus authorities? Right now there is a general concern over hate speech and other related matters. You probably need to check out the University's policies concerning racial harassment and see how the University reacts to a report.

Otherwise, barring anything more than the comment, I don't know what remedy you would have. You also might check with the municipality where the university is located and see if there are any ordinances regarding "fighting words" It is a long shot since most such laws are usually so carelessly written that they glaringly violate constitutional guarantees of free speech. But no harm in checking. Then you might have a criminal complaint.
