Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

My ex-girlfriend and I both have joint physical and legal custody of our daughter. We were supposed to go back to court in 6 months. Doing this time, court hearing was cancel and my daughter mother not following the court order. What can I do to get our court date back?

I would suggest calling the court to determine why the hearing was cancelled. In addition, you can file a petition for contempt of court of she is not complying with the terms of the court order.
