Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

Say two parties are resolving custody in court. The court orders the completion of certain requirements by each individual. The parties enter an order.

Then one party learns, through letter issued by the court, that the other party didn't comply with the original court orders preceding the custody order.

Can the other party be charged with perpetrating a fraud, or can the custody order be vacated due to the fact it was predicated on false information?

Your question lacks specificity as to the nature of the unfulfilled requirements at each stage, but if the new requirements duplicate the older ones, the court is overlooking the initial failure. If the new order was consensual but you wouldn't have agreed to it had you known of the earlier violation, you can move for modification of the new order.
