Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

I have primary physical custody and shared legal custody with tie breaking authority of my son. My ex has supervised visitation with visitation being supervised by her parents. My ex's visitation is subject to conditions, including twice monthly drug testing and participation in a drug treatment therapy program. She has complied with neither of those conditions. Can I deny her visitation based on her inability to comply with the order?

If the visitation order states that her right is contingent on the drug testing etc., you would be entitled to do this. I suggest you put her on written notice that you will not allow visitation until she provides proof of compliance. Legally you should file a motion to suspend visitation pending compliance, but if she files to protest the denial I think you would have a good defense.
