Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

Person on whom service can be made other than the petitioner, since the minor children reside with the Petitioner? What does this mean?

If there is another adult living there or if one of the children is "of suitable age and discretion", which means probably at least a teenager, they can accept service on behalf of the petitioner. However, if you are just responding to a petition, you generally only need to send it by regular mail.
