Serving my spouse

How can I serve my spouse when she refuses to sign for return receipt certified mail?

You can use a private process server, or a person other than the party, over 18 years of age who is competant. You can not do it yourself since you are a party. I would suggest a process server since there are some formality issues as to service an papers that need to be filed. May try your County Court's Pro Se office for more help.

Hire a process server or have someone over 18 serve the papers to her in person.
