debts owed

How does one go about getting back money owed totalling over $10,000 without a legal agreement? What if the person refuses to sign anything?

Re: debts owed

I suggest you contact an attorney immediately.

There are a number of things that can preclude your

recovery...one of which is the statute of limitations.

I cannot tell which limitations period applies as I have'

no information on the type of claim involved.
