Legal Question in Immigration Law in Maryland

I'm 20 years old and I was brought to his country when I was four. I'm currently, and have been under the Employment Authorization card for over 12 years now. I know nothing about immigration law but I'm concerned about my status. My father, mother and I applied for TPS. My father got approved but my mother and I are still waiting for an answer. My real concern is what will happen to my status when I get married. I'm getting married in July with my boyfriend of almost 5 years. He's a citizen. Will my TPS application be terminated?

I presume that you are renewing your work authorization each year with a renewal of your TPS. The chances are that if your father was approved for TPS, the service may have already approved you and your mother and you don't know it yet. Or they have not approved you yet and are simply taking a long time. Highly unlikely, however, if you have work authorization and things are okay so far. Your question is what will happen to your status when you get married? Nothing. You will continue on TPS, or TPS pending, whichever it is, and will continue renewing your work authorization and TPS application as necessary. Your TPS application will not be terminated if you marry. Need more facts to find out what is going on with your TPS.
