Legal Question in Immigration Law in Maryland

Immigrations

I am 19, I came to this country as a legal alien when my mother filed for me 2 years ago. Since then she and her husband who had aided in filing for us have seperated and the chances of us getting the conditions removed from out green cards. I want to know how what are the chances of me getting my green card without my mother, I work and attend school full time, I also dont live with her anymore. I'd just like to get some advice on how to go about getting this sorted out.

Re: Immigrations

It seems that, if the marriage was originally entered into in good faith, there might be a way for you and your mother to still be able to remove the conditions on your residency. I will need more details regarding your case. You can feel free to contact me to further discuss in private. We offer initial free consultations to Law Guru users.
