Legal Question in Immigration Law in Maryland

removal from us airport

Dear Sirs, I extend my H1B visa year ago, I got approve in USA. I went to my counry and apply for visa stamping. I got denial under 2c1 which means they accused me for drug smuggling. I have never been arrested. I never been connected with anybody who does this things. I found out that there is some kind of investigation under my name and I dont know when it will be over and how my name get there. They denied me under this section but they never cancelled my tourist visa. I have all my staff in USA, car, house which I rent, credit cards. I want to fly back and take care about everything. I know I am not guilty. Do you think that they wll deport me, arrest me. Here in my country I can not even talk to nowbody and clear my name. I dont know what to do. Looking forward for your answer

This inquiry shows that you are in Maryland, yes? Get to a good immigration lawyer fast! If you are telling the truth, and you sound like you are, someone made some kind of mistake -- it is possible that you have a similar name to someone who is a drug smuggler, and these things must be checked quickly.
