Legal Question in Employment Law in Maryland

I am a Marine veteran and my union pulled me in to the office to tell me i could not come back until I saw a psychiatrist. After no bad work reports or problems then drug tested Me and i passed. Isn't this discrimination. I am also a disabled Veteran with traumatic brain injury

It is likely not discrimination and it sounds like these folks many genuinely have your best interests at heart. Is the union willing to cover the cost of the visits?
