Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Maryland

I just broke up with my boyfriend because i found out that his previous sexual relationship was with his sister. I have a young daughter at home and want him to move out. I asked him to move out but he said he doesn;t have to for 60 days. It is my home and he has only lived with me for 5 months with no lease. He has started becoming verbally abusive towards me in front of my daughter also. What can i do.

You can seek a protective order on the basis of his abusive behavior and, as part of the order, request that he be required to leave the home and not return. Here is some information on how to obtain a protective order if you do not wish to hire an attorney to assist you.
