Legal Question in Personal Injury in Maryland

Attorney seems not to be doing anythig.

My wife was involved in 2 car accidents within a month time frame, neither of the accidents were her fault. We retained a attorney after the first one and kept him for the second case. The accident happened in 2004 and it seems that the attorney is sitting on his hands. Everytime my wife calls to see what the progress of the case is he states that he will probley have to go to court but nothing is done. What is going on and can I do anything to help it along? My wife did substain injurys to her neck and back and is still having trouble.

Re: Attorney seems not to be doing anythig.

An attorney has an obligation of zealous representation. Client communication is also required. I have settled several second and third collision cases. A cause of action must be filed within three years of the collision. Contact me to discuss.
