First, get medical treatment. I'm not a doctor, nor do I play one on TV, but it seems to me that if you have a possible laceration in your digestive tract, that could be serious.

Keep the uneaten glass, if you still have it, and take a picture of the burger, if you still have it.

If it turns out that your medical condition was caused by the glass, you would have a cause of action against the restaurant. At that point, consult with a lawyer.

But first, get medical treatment.

You can file a claim against the restaurant. You should preserve the evidence and go back to the restaurant to file a claim. If it's a chain, your claim would be referred to some claims investigator working out of an area or regional office. However, unless you require medical treatment, your claim won't have a lot of value. If your symptoms persist, you should definitely go to your doctor or an ER to be checked out, xrayed, etc.
