Power of Homeowner's Association
A small homeowner's association has a declaration and bylaws which is filed in the public records of the county. In the declaration it states that no "above-ground" pools will be permitted. A new homeowner puts an above-ground pool in his yard. What steps must the association take to make the homeowner remove the pool?
