Re: Bench Warrant

As a general rule the police will not come looking for you on a traffic bench warrant. However, if you are stopped by the police, in or out of your car, they will do a check, find out there is a bench warrant and arrest you on the spot. I suggest you contact a lawyer, like myself, who can petition the Court for the lifting of the warrant. Then have the case set back in for trial and resolve the matter.

This depends on many factors but nonetheless the warrant may be served upon you at any time.
