Pa. Suspened License

Pa. is suspending my license for; suspened license, unegistered vechicle and unautaorized use of plates. In 2005 I received a letter stating I failed to appear in court in 1995 and must go there and turn myself in and that was my only option. I never received a notice for the court date. I moved alot duing that time and had no regular address. Is there a statued of limatations? What are my options?

Pa. Suspened License

There is no statute of limitations on traffic tickets. Some courts will lift the bench warrant that was issued for your arrest when you did not appear for trial when a lawyer enters his appearance. A trial date then can be set to resolve your outstanding ticket. Once that has been done, you should be able to get your PA license.
