Legal Question in Workers Comp in Maryland
My husband was hurt at a unisured job 4 months ago . He is the only income for our family of eight!We have filed a workers comp. case but how long before we have some help with the bills and things again?

If the employer didn't have worker's comp insurance you will have to file a claim against the uninsured employers' fund. You need to retain a workers' comp attorney right away to start the process. Your husband could also file suit against the employer but that will take some time to resolve and the employer may lack assets to collect from in any event.
