?Raise rent/retaliation/reasonable accommodation

If I submit reasonable accommodation request(therapy dog) knowing landlord will fight me on this, can he significantly raise the rent to retaliate when I renew my annual lease?If so, is there a max amt??

Your landlord is entitled to raise your rent when and if you decide to create a new lease.

However, depending upon the specific details of your situation, you may have a valid claim of retaliation.
