Disability Discrimination Settlement

If you win a disability discrimination lawsuit, are you liable for paying back a settlement that was previously won for worker's compensation, and also, are you responsible for paying back social security disability benefits? It is my understanding that these are separate from the disability discrimination lawsuit.. can you advise? Thank you..

This question requires more information. The nature of the damages awarded in the discrimination suit, such as lost wages or emotional distress, will affect whether you would have to repay amounts already received. Your attorney for the discrimination suit would be the person to answer these questions.
