Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Massachusetts

i have filed a chapter 13, and have been making payments, i can longer afford to keep making my mortage payments or the bankruptcy payments.i know they will end up taking my house, but can they also take any vehicles me own, attach our wages, take our checking accounts ect. my lawyer will never take my phone calls

First of all your attorney is required to provide guidance if he or she has not withdrawn from your case. Contact the Trustee and determine whether there is a problem with your attorney. Secondly, you have options available. Without full disclosure of your circumstances, I cannot comment on your concerns. But your concerns are common among debtors in a chapter 13.
