if Adult porn site on the internet has a message that says "only Adults 18 and older are allowed on this website," below this message it has one button that says "CONFIRM" below the button it says I by clicking confirm is at least 18 years old and of the legal age to view this website. Does this message make the Porn website legal because its telling the under 18 years old that they not allowed on the website? If a minor ignores the message and clicks confirm anyway and starts viewing the website and uploading ilegal porn to the website, Would this make the website ilegal even though it had the message saying only 18 years and older are only allowed to view this website?
