Legal Question in Consumer Law in Massachusetts

Bio Ionic Straightening gone bad

Hi,

Last week I got my hair straightened at a salon using Bio-Ionic Hair Straightening process. After 3 days, I had my 1st hair wash, and the hair didnot look straight, it was still wavy as my original hair. I went back to the salon to ask for a refund, and the stylist insisted that my hair looks straight. Also I had signed a contract with a list of questions. When I went back and asked for my contract, some sentences were added on later AFTER i had signed a contract to the effect that I had asked for a root touchup only. hile making an appointment I had clearly stated that I wanted the full length of my hair straightened.

Can I file an official complaint against this salon?

Thank you.

Retain an attorney to review the matter including the contract to determine if you have a consumer protection action that may entitle you to multiple damages and attorney's fees. Good Luck!
