Although you don't provide enough information to answer your question adequately, no one can force you to take a lie detector test. It is impossible to give you good advise about this matter, however, without understanding more about what is going on.

You are under absolutely no obligation to take a "so called" lie detector test if you are being investigated for the crime of arson.
