I have finshed my probation on a continued without a finding fo an OUI. Its showing on my recrd a conviction, how do I change that?

Contact the probation department in the court where you got the charge. If they will not agree to fix it you may have to hire an attorney to assist you. In today's economy it is difficult enough to get and keep a job without a wrongful conviction on your record. Call if you need assistance, but try it first on your own to save yourself some money.

If you received a continued without a finding and successfully completed your probation, it should not show up as a conviction on your record. Talk to your probation officer about the error and making the correction.

It will show on your record and a CWOF, and then s dismissal. If there is an error, check the docket, and ask the court to correct it.
