complainted for modification

MY exwif eis taking me back to court we had a set of twins together we both got custody of one and no child support shall be given one twin is 19 years old goes to college that twin does not live with her mother hasn't for three years , the other twin just had a baby and lives with her boyfriend which i help out with exxpenes with her new baby , my ex wife just summons me back to court, but wrote false statements on the complainy=t of modification about where one child lives with her which is not true and as not also made statement when my other daugther lived with me that I put her in a all girls home which is not true, she was placed in their by dds. because of my exwife 4th husabnd real bad things to her and a 51a was place and court actions. Can i make her payed me payed for my lawyer that i have to get for court and also if a child is failed classes in college why should a parnet has to payed and can a court make a father payed for all college expeness when i filed for a dicvorce i just wanted get it over with can i get the dicvorce agreemnet change it was back in 1991 will the court notice that my exwife has been in court with different men for other dicvocres

If there are false statements in the complaint that to its core. You can file a motion to dismiss, and seek costs and attorney's fees.

If you get them, depends on the facts and the judge.
