Legal Question in Family Law in Massachusetts

My custody case went to trial. On the day of trial my ex and his lawyer presented me with an offer and I agreed with the offer. So we did not go forward with the trial and the agreement went to judgement. After I left the court I realized I made a big mistake excepting the offer. At the time I felt is was in my daughters best interest to agree now I know it wasnt in my daughters best interest. What can I do? I made a big mistake and I cant live with it.

This will be difficult to undo. Typically to get back into court for a modification on custody, there has to be a material and substantial chance in circumstances, which you probably don't have. You can also file a motion to amend or get relief from a judgment, but buyer's remorse is a difficult sell to a judge.
